A powerful tool when you work one your own development, both as a leader and in general, is to be curios. Observe yourself in different situation. How you behave. What you say. How others around you behave depending on your behaviour. Be curious.
My experience is when I act from within, when I look inside before speaking, it changes people around me. They becomes more relaxed and comfortable.
